With a total of 9 different versions, we offer you the optimal solution for your requirements. Our gearboxes start with a load capacity of 5 kN, depending on the size, and can handle impressive loads of up to 1000 kN.
The gearbox housing, equipped with cooling fins and oil filling, ensures particularly good heat dissipation and thus enables a shorter cooling time or a longer usable operating time.

The high-performance screw jack HMC offers the perfect combination of high load capacity and high speed. For example, the HMC35 can handle 350 kN with a gear ratio of 32:1. For applications where large loads need to be adjusted at high speeds, the high-performance screw jack is the right choice.

High-performance screw jacks in basic version
High-performance screw jacks in their basic design are a drive solution in which the lifting movement is carried out by a non-rotating, fixed spindle, which is guided axially through the screw jack and must be prevented from rotating.
The basic design is mainly used when the spindle must not obstruct the installation space in the retracted position.
High-performance screw jack in traveling nut version
High-performance screw jacks in the traveling nut version are a drive solution in which the lifting movement is carried out by a traveling nut on a rotating spindle. The spindle is axially fixed in the screw jack.
The high-performance screw jack in the traveling nut version is mainly used when there isn't enough space behind the gearbox for a retracting spindle. In addition, this version offers the possibility of using larger spindles, as these do not have to run through the gearbox. This allows for normal dimensioning of the gearbox, even if the spindle has to be enlarged due to buckling safety.
